Casa Arawi stands as a contemporary refuge in dialogue with the mountains. Its simple geometry settles gently into the landscape, seeking harmony rather than dominance through texture, light, and stillness. Each volume responds to the environment — opening to the views while sheltering from the sun, creating warm and tranquil spaces. Inside, architecture dissolves into nature, blending boundaries between indoors and outdoors. Arawi is a pause: a place where architecture becomes the quiet companion of everyday life.
BIM played a crucial role in the brewery’s design, especially in managing complex installations. Given the strict sanitary regulations and the need to integrate an intricate network of tanks, fermenters, and utilities, precise coordination was essential. The use of BIM allowed us to streamline the layout of plumbing, gas, and ventilation systems, ensuring seamless functionality while maintaining the integrity of the brewing process.
